He has resolved numerous commercial disputes for national businesses, SMEs and private individuals alike, by way of negotiation, mediation, and litigation.

He advises on a range of disputes including breach of contract, director and shareholder disputes, intellectual property, misrepresentation, professional negligence, defamation, and debt recovery.

Edward is known for his calmness, for being thorough and methodical, and for providing clear and commercial advice to get matters resolved for his clients on the best possible terms.

Prior to joining Loney Stewart Holland, Edward trained and worked at a national full-service law firm, specialising in commercial dispute resolution.
