Louise focuses on managing and guiding clients through commercial problems so they can focus on their business.

She has a broad range of experience across all areas of commercial litigation and is regularly instructed on matters including breach of contract disputes and professional negligence claims. Louise has experience of resolving complex disputes through the Courts and using alternative disputes resolution including mediation.

Louise enjoys building strong relationships with clients by understanding their specific needs and commercial drivers. Prior to joining Loney Stewart Holland, Louise has 10 years’ dispute resolution experience working at both regional and major national law firms.
