David has considerable experience of resolving complex disputes across a range of sectors including financial services and energy.

David’s clients have included numerous SME’s as well as larger corporates. He is well regarded for his clear and commercially astute advice and his wealth of experience across a wide range of disputes enables him to identify and implement effective strategies in each case. He offers particular expertise in contractual and post-acquisition disputes, defamation and reputation management issues.

David joined Loney Stewart Holland having previously worked in senior roles at major national and international law firms.
