Kate brings a distinctive blend of private practice and senior in-house experience, enabling her to provide commercially focused advice on disputes that reflects the realities of operating complex businesses and the practical pressures faced by management teams.

Kate combines broad contentious experience with commercial insight and a pragmatic approach. She works with clients to achieve solutions that support their strategic objectives and, where appropriate, preserve valuable commercial relationships.

Before joining Loney Stewart Holland, Kate spent six years as a senior in-house lawyer, working for a major international business process outsourcing company and one of Europe's leading media and entertainment businesses. Prior to moving in-house, she practised as a solicitor in international law firms.

During her career, Kate has advised on a wide range of disputes, particularly general contractual and technology-related disputes.
